Turia Core Limited (hereinafter, "TurIA") is a company incorporated in Hong Kong, dedicated to the development and marketing of technology solutions (software as a service) for travel agencies and tour operators.

2. Purpose of the Site

The purpose of the Site is to present TurIA's products and services —among others, TurIA Assistant, TurIA Bookings and TurIA Analytics—, to facilitate contact and to allow access to contracting those services. The information on the Site is for informational purposes and may be updated, modified or removed without prior notice.

3. Conditions of use

The user undertakes to make lawful and diligent use of the Site, in accordance with the law, good faith and this Legal Notice, and not to carry out actions that may damage, disable or overload the Site, or prevent its normal use. TurIA may suspend access to the Site where necessary for technical, security or legal reasons.

The contracting of TurIA's services is governed by its Terms and Conditions and by the supplementary documents (Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement), which the user must accept at the time of contracting.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All contents of the Site —texts, images, designs, logos, trademarks, software and other elements— are owned by TurIA or its licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without prior written authorisation from TurIA is prohibited, except for uses permitted by law.

5. Liability

TurIA seeks to ensure that the information on the Site is correct and up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or the uninterrupted availability of the Site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurIA will not be liable for damages arising from the use of the Site, its unavailability or the presence of viruses or other harmful elements beyond its control.

The Site may contain links to third-party sites. TurIA is not responsible for the contents or policies of those sites, access to which is the user's responsibility.

The processing of the personal data provided through the Site is governed by TurIA's Privacy Policy, available at turia.tech.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong, without prejudice to the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of contracting for the relationship with clients.

TurIA may amend this Legal Notice at any time. The current version will be the one published on the Site with its update date.
